Property Rights Coalition, Inc. is organized as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(4) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Contributions are not tax deductible and contributors’ names are not disclosed to the general public.  Contributions may be accepted from individuals, businesses, corporations and others. In certain limited cases, contributions to the Coalition may qualify as a deductible business expense.  You should consult your tax advisor to determine if this is possible in your case.
